A dry, medium gold white wine, with notes of vanilla and hints of pear and green melon.  It has a smooth mouth feel with a pleasant and smooth finish. Many folks think this is semi dry because of a light sweet finish despite being completely dry.

Normally fermented as juice only, we added the skins during fermentation for 5 Days to get a beautiful orange coloration and the added structure of tannins. A dry, crisp wine, with notes of vanilla and hints of pear.  It has a very wonderful mouth feel with a pleasant and smooth finish.

This dry crisp Rose’ wine is fermented without the added skins normally required to make a Rose’ wine. This is because Marquette grapes have pink juice unlike many other red and blue grapes.  The result is a blush wine that is light on the palate with notes of butterscotch and cherry notes.
