Join us for an evening of Inland Ocean Vineyard's wines paired with a 4-course meal crafted by Chef Scott Peggie.  Chef Scott is a Wichita native and has been cooking professionally for 10 years.  He has opened 3 restaurants in that time, provided numerous sell-out wine dinners, and is currently teaching Culinary Arts at the Redler Institute in Andover, KS.
